Q: What is your HOT AIRGUN™ Package and what does it include?

A: HOT AIRGUN™ Package

This standard furnace and duct cleaning package uses High Pressure Airgun that is inserted into each ductwork and pressurized air is released to blast away any debris and dust particles down the ductwork.

This package includes:

• One Furnace up to 10 vents cleaned & sanitized;
• Pulling out motor and blower assembly for proper cleaning;
• Cleaning of burners and heat exchangers;
• Cleaning all main plenums;
• FREE Standard-size Furnace Filter replaced.

Q: What is your HOT BRUSH™ Package and what does it include?

A: HOT BRUSH™ Package

This upgraded furnace & duct cleaning package is a must for homes with pets and people suffering from allergies or Asthma. This type of cleaning is a must for all homes with recent renovations and post-construction debris. The Brush (with its firm bristles for good scrubbing action) will scrub the walls of each ductwork and will blast the debris with powerful Air Jets – ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

This package includes:

• One Furnace up to 10 vents cleaned & sanitized;
• Pulling out motor and blower assembly for proper cleaning;
• Cleaning of burners and heat exchangers;
• Cleaning all main plenums;
• FREE Standard-size Furnace Filter replaced.

Q: How the Hot Water Tank cleaning is done?

A: Our Technician will remove the lower access panel from the bottom of your Hot Water tank. Then he will reach in and clean the burners, pilot light and surrounding area from any debris and rust particles. After the cleaning is complete the Technician will re-ignite the pilot light in the Hot Water tank and will check that everything is in the same working order as it was prior to cleaning. Please note: you don’t need to drain your Hot Water Tank to perform such routine cleaning.
